   Strawberry Music Festivals will presents its 28th season of music, entertainment and children's programs in 2009. The 51st and 52nd festivals will continue the tradition of powerful musical performances and stimulating children's programs at beautiful Camp Mather, in the shadow of Yosemite National Park. We hope you will be able to join us.

Your Three- Or Four-Day Camping Ticket includes camping and music at the festival. The only music that is not included in the price of your ticket is "Amy's Orchid Cafe", the Friday & Saturday night club-like showcase. "Day" ticket holders may enter any time after 8:00 a.m., day of show, and park in our "day parking" lot; leaving the grounds after the last act exits the stage. All "Strawberry Kids" activities, and most materials, are included in the ticket price.

 Ticket Pricing
 
   Pricing for festival tickets varies depending on which type of ticket fits your needs and when you make your purchase. In addition to the ticket purchase price, there is a postage and handling fee of $2.00 per ticket. For example, if you order three individual tickets, in any combination, your handling fee is $6.00 (3x$2.00).

** An All Festival Pass gives you one four day ticket for each of the two festivals,
but they are only available until the cutoff date listed above. The All Festival Pass
is considered one ticket for the handling fees, total handling fee per All Festival Pass is $2.00


The price of your ticket includes:
  • both camping and music at the festival with three- and four-day camping tickets.  All main stage and workshop music is included.  There is an additional charge for "Amy's Orchid Cafe."
  • 8:00 a.m. entrance, day of show for "Day" tickets.  You will park in our "day parking" lot and leave the grounds after the last act exits the stage.
  • all "Strawberry Kids" activities (3 full days of age-appropriate children's programs and entertainment).  Most supplies are included at no cost.


 
 Ordering Tickets
 
   Tickets my be purchased by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) from our Online Ticket System or over the phone or by check or money order via the U.S. Mail. You can place your phone orders by calling the festival office at (209) 984-8630 Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM. All ticket orders must include the correct handling fee of $2.00 per ticket to be processed.

 Ticket Refund Policy
 
   The ticket refund deadlines are April 3, 2009 for the Spring Festival tickets, and May 29, 2009 for the Fall Festival tickets. The physical tickets must be returned to the Strawberry Music Festival office with a postmark no later than the refund deadline.

Please note that refunds of one-half of an All-Festival Pass are calculated based on the adjusted value of the non-refunded ticket. For example: AFP tickets if priced separately would be $180 each. If one-half of the AFP is returned, the retained ticket assumes the discounted price value of $190.00. The refund for the returned ticket would be $360.00 less $190. The refund amount is $170.00
