The Rules

 In the Camping Areas

*** From dusk until dawn, bicycles must have a mounted light.***

*** All children riding bicycles must wear a helmet.***

Please keep all access roads clear to traffic.  Maximum speed is 5 MPH.

Fire danger is always a concern.  Personal campfires and charcoal are NOT ALLOWED.

Off-the-ground camp stoves (propane, white gas, or butane) are OK for both festivals.  Help each other to ensure that no spark is allowed to escape.

  • No dogs or pets.

  • No firearms or weapons of any kind.

  • No solicitation or sales activities without written permission.

  • No in-camp use of ATV or off-road motorcycles allowed.

  • Golf cart use is restricted to staff only.

  • Please use bicycles on roadways only.

  • No generators allowed.

 In the Main Stage Areas

To ensure good visibility, all chairs placed on the Strawberry tarp must be no more than 32" from the top of the chair back to the ground while in a full upright position.  The measurement from the back of the seat to the ground must be 10" or less.

  • No glass containers are allowed in the stage area.
  • Please show your wristband when entering the Main Stage Area.

Please remember:  No loud talking during musical performances.

Please try to arrive or leave your seats prior to the beginning of each set or between songs.

Birch Lake is always open as a play area.

  • No frisbee playing on the Music Meadow.

All personal items, including blankets and tarps, must be removed from the Main Stage seating area at the end of each evening’s show.  This helps the clean-up crew and allows the lawn a reprieve.  This will be strictly enforced.

Smokers:  Common sense and courtesy will create a comfortable environment for everyone.  There is no smoking in the Music Meadow except for designated locations.  Music Meadow Staff will be available for assistance in these matters.

 Around Birch Lake

There is ABSOLUTELY NO FROGGING ALLOWED. The oils on human hands clog the pores of frog and polywogs which can cause them harm at the least and death in some extreme cases. Please make sure that your kids do not touch the frogs and polywogs.
