The festival takes place at Camp Mather, near Yosemite National Park... Mather is located on Evergreen Road seven miles north of Highway 120 near the north entrance to Yosemite. Evergreen Road is also the access road for Hetch Hetchy Reservoir.
FROM THE WEST (S.F. Bay Area): Highway 580 to 205 to Route 120... FROM THE NORTH: Take I-5 or US-99 10 miles south of Stockton to Manteca. Turn EAST on Route 120... ...Route 120: Follow signs to Yosemite! 120 makes a left turn in Oakdale, then right at Yosemite Junction, and bear right to stay on Highway 120, then left when 120 leaves 49, and turns left up Priest Grade. Continue on 120 through Groveland. Ten (10) miles after Buck Meadows, turn left on Evergreen Road. Follow Evergreen Road seven (7) miles to Camp Mather.
FROM THE SOUTH: Take Highway 99 North to Merced and exit at "G" Street, turn right and go north. G Street goes out toward the foothills and becomes Snelling Road. At the end of Snelling Rd, turn right onto 59 N and pass through the small town of Snelling, then make a left onto 59 North, aka La Grange Road. 11 miles later, go right on 132 and go through the the town of La Grange and on to Coulterville. Jog left on 49 then immediately right onto County J132 in the middle of Coulterville (used to be J20 also known as Greenley Hill Road). J132 ends on Highway 120. Make a right onto highway 120 and proceed approximately 15 miles, then turn left on Evergreen road. Follow Evergreen Road 7 miles into Camp Mather. Note, J132 is rather narrow and twisty, and may not be suitable for RVs, you may wish to go farther up 99 and take Route 120... as above..
FROM THE Monterey Central Coast: Go towards Hollister, and take 152 over Pacheco Pass. Stay on 152 through Los Banos and 14 more miles, then turn North on 59 to Merced. In Merced, turn right on 13th St just before the freeway, go 3 blocks and turn left onto "G" Street north. Follow the 'south' instructions above.
FROM THE EAST: WINTER CONDITIONS APPLY IN SPRING! CARRY CHAINS! Sonora (108) and Tioga (120) and 4 are often closed until June in the Spring, call Road Conditions to verify that they are open. Or, check CalTrans
