All Spring tickets purchased online or by phone after May 15th will be held at Will Call on site at the festival.
There are a few things we’d like you to know:
- The office will be closed from 5:00pm on May 21st and will reopen on Monday, June 3rd.
- Our office phone number, 209-984-8630 will be answered by an answering service and all messages will be forwarded to the Strawberry Staff at Camp Mather. Note: Calls regarding the Fall Festival will be returned when the office reopens on June 3rd.
- If you are planning on attending the Festival and feel that you may need to be reached for an emergency during the event, please stop at the Command Post upon arrival and let the Security Staff know where you are camped.
- Fall Tickets purchased online will be mailed after the office reopens on June 3rd.
Here's the latest ticket information:
- All Adult, Teen and Child Camping Tickets will be ABSOLUTELY available for purchase at the Gate throughout the Festival from 8:00am until 10:00pm, beginning Thursday, May 23rd at 8:00 am. This includes 2-day, 3-day, 4-day, Adult, Teen, & Child camping tickets.
- Sunday Day tickets are SOLD OUT. There will be no more available at the gate. However, you can buy a Thursday, Friday or Saturday Day ticket at the gate for that day. Advance Day tickets are no longer available.
- Spring Festival Tickets cannot be purchased online or through the office after 5:00 pm on Tuesday, May 21st – you can get them at the Gate.
- 2-Day and 3-Day Adult Camping Tickets can be upgraded at the Gate between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm daily.
- Will Call is open 24 hours a day, beginning Thursday, May 23rd at 8:00 am.

Pricing for festival tickets varies depending on which type of ticket fits your needs and when you make your purchase. In addition to the ticket purchase price, there is a postage and handling fee of $2.00 per ticket. For example, if you order three individual tickets, in any combination, your handling fee is $6.00 (3x$2.00).

Note: A limited number of Day Tickets are available for purchase by calling the office. We accept Visa and Mastercard only. No Adult Day Tickets are sold at the festival gate.
New for 2013, Strawberry is offering a Two Day Adult Camping Ticket! This ticket will be just like our 3 or 4 Day Camping ticket, except that it allows admittance for Saturday, May 25th through Monday, May 27th for the Spring Festival and Saturday, August 31st through Monday, September 2nd for the Fall Festival. Discounted 2-Day Camping tickets are $150.00 and full priced 2-Day Camping Tickets are $170.00.
Also New for 2013, Strawberry is offering a Teen Camping Ticket! This ticket is good for ages 13-19, and is such a deal at $100.00 for the entire four day festival! Teens must be accompanied by an adult.
2-Day and 3-Day Camping Tickets can be Upgraded at the Festival Gate. For instance, a 3-Day ticket can be upgraded to a 4-Day ticket for $10.00 and a 2-Day ticket can be upgraded to a 3-Day ticket for $20.00 or to a 4-Day ticket for $30.00.
Your Three- Or Four-Day Camping Ticket includes camping and music at the festival. The only music that is not included in the price of your ticket is Amy’s Orchid Café, the Friday & Saturday night club-like showcase. "Day" ticket holders may enter any time after 8:00 a.m., day of show, and park in our "day parking" lot; leaving the grounds after the last act exits the stage. All Kids' Program activities, and most materials, are included in the ticket price.

Spring Festival Tickets

Fall Festival Tickets
If you want to purchase tickets for the Fall Festival, you can do so at our Online Ticket Store. Any and all questions about Fall tickets will be answered when we return from the Spring festival on June 3rd. We can be reached at 209-984-8630 at that time. Thanks for your patience.

STRAWBERRY MUSIC FESTIVALS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
The ticket refund deadlines are March 29, 2013 for the Spring Festival tickets and June 28, 2013 for the Fall Festival tickets. The physical tickets must be returned to the Strawberry Music Festival office with a postmark no later than the refund deadline.
Please note that refunds of one-half of an All-Festival Pass are calculated based on the adjusted value of the non-refunded ticket. For example: AFP tickets if priced separately would be $160 each. If one-half of the AFP is returned, the retained ticket assumes the discounted price value of $180.00. The refund for the returned ticket would be $320.00 less $180. The refund amount is $140.00
